"I placed an order because the items..."
I placed an order because the items showed as in stock, but after checkout I found out they weren’t actually available. It was frustrating, and it felt like they made it my problem to deal with instead of having the inventory info right in the first place. Definitely wasted my time.

I ordered a few bottles, and right away I kind of assumed they might all be the same once the first one tasted flat and weird. It had that watered-down syrup flavor, not really fresh or enjoyable. Then another bottle had a strange smell when I opened it, so I just poured it out instead of risking it.

Maybe I got a bad batch, but based on how they all seemed to follow the same pattern, I wouldn’t buy them again. The packaging was totally fine, so no issue there, but for the price I expected the drinks themselves to be a lot better...

"Not a lot to pick from"
The selection was kind of disappointing. I kept looking around thinking I’d find more, but nope, it was mostly the same few things again and again. A bunch of stuff I actually wanted wasn’t there either, which was annoying. I mean, it’s fine if you just need something basic, but yeah, not much variety

"Ingredient info could be clearer"
I was browsing the site and, unless I missed it, the ingredient details weren’t super easy to find or as thorough as I’d expect. For drinks, I like knowing exactly what’s in them before I buy. It just didn’t feel all that transparent to me.

My order turned up with completely different cans than the ones I picked at checkout. It’s not even about that by itself, mistakes happen, but getting it sorted took forever after I emailed them. It was frustrating because I’d ordered them for a weekend thing and ended up not having what I actually needed

I ended up trying this even though I was already worried about the sugar, and I felt kind of pressured into it. It was way too sweet for my diet, and I felt gross afterward. Definitely not something I’d go for again if you’re watching sugar.

"Wish there were more brands and quicker help"
I was really hoping there’d be a bigger mix of brands to choose from, but it felt limited. I kept seeing a lot of the same names, and some of the zero proof brands I usually buy weren’t available. I also expected responses or updates to be a bit faster while browsing around. For a site focused on zero proof drinks, I thought there would be more options to compare, so I was kind of disappointed and ended up shopping somewhere else.

My order came in this super flimsy box with barely any padding, and yeah, one of the bottles was leaking when it arrived. The labels were all soaked too, which was a mess. For drinks, I figured they’d pack it a little better. it was annoying to deal with, and I’m not sure I’d order again.

"Customer service was really slow"
I had a question about my order, so I reached out, and it took way too long for them to get back to me. When they finally did reply, what I asked wasn't really answered by them, which was frustrating. Felt kind of like I was being ignored. Not a great experience, and I probably wouldn't use them again.

I had a problem with my order and reaching out to support was exhausting. I had to explain the same thing over and over, and they kept coming back with vague replies that didn’t actually solve anything. It really felt like they weren’t listening and just wanted me to give up and go away.

I checked out the site something just felt off. It had that whole “mystery store with zero receipts” energy, and there wasn’t much clear info to make me feel comfortable ordering. I didn’t want to play detective with my money, so I just left.
